2025 All-Star Challenge: A Mixed Doubles Showdown to Kick Off the DGPT Season

The wait is over—the 2025 All-Star Challenge is set to launch the 10th season of the Disc Golf Pro Tour with a mixed doubles showdown on Thursday, February 27! This exhibition event consists of a one-round mixed doubles battle at the Olympus Disc Golf Course in Brooksville, FL. All the action will be streamed LIVE on the Disc Golf Network, and fans can grab a ticket to watch in person. 

With best-shot doubles on the front 9 and alternate-shot doubles on the back 9, teamwork will be put to the test. Plus, with some of the biggest names in disc golf teaming up in unexpected pairings, you won’t want to miss a single throw!

The Draft: How the Teams Were Formed

This year’s All-Star Challenge followed a unique draft format:

🔥 The top six MPO All-Stars drafted from the bottom six FPO All-Stars.
🔥 The top six FPO All-Stars drafted from the bottom six MPO All-Stars.

The result? Matchups we’ve never seen before!

Playing groups will be set by seed, which means you’ll see the #1 FPO and MPO seeds, plus their drafted partners, playing on the same card.
