Youth Disc Golf on a U.S. Quarter? Here’s How We Can Make It Happen!

Imagine pulling a quarter out of your pocket and seeing a beautifully engraved youth disc golfer with a drive mid-flight or maybe nailing the perfect putt. Well, starting in 2027, this could become a reality—but we need your help to make it happen!

The U.S. Mint, a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is launching a new four-year program (2027–2030) to celebrate youth sports on America’s quarters. They’re looking for input on which sports should be featured, and this is our chance to put disc golf in the spotlight like never before.

Getting disc golf on a quarter wouldn’t just be cool—it would be a win for the sport we all love. It could introduce disc golf to a broader audience, or perhaps help to inspire the next generation of players. Plus, let’s be honest, how often do we get the chance to see our sport immortalized on currency?
