PRO TOUR STAFF
Jeff is an experienced tournament director at the highest level and course designer, having developed one of the preeminent disc golf destinations in the world at Smugglers’ Notch Resort in Vermont. Jeff started with the Tour in 2016 as the TD of the Green Mountain Championship and PDGA liason for the tour. Jeff is proud to serve as CEO and Tour Director and is looking forward to the rest of the 2019 season and beyond.
Jeff found disc golf in 2008 and quickly grew his love for the sport into a board position with the Vermont state disc golf club. As he developed the disc golf operation at Smugglers’ Notch he has gone on to host two PDGA majors at Smugglers’ in the last year. He has also developed one of the premier events on tour the annual Green Mountain Championship DGPT event which is in its sixth year.
VP of Administration & Finance | General Manager
Seth has been with the DGPT since the middle of the 2017 season. He started as a volunteer posting to the DGPT social media accounts. As he shifted into a paid role with the Tour he has had his hand in everything from selling merch, to organizing live scoring, to setting up courses. Now in 2022, he is the man behind the mirror. As the VP of Administration & Finance, he keeps the tour on schedule and makes sure everything behind the scenes is running smoothly.
Seth started discing in 2006. He began playing PDGA tournaments in 2012 and in 2014 began helping TD’s at tournaments across his home state of Arkansas. While he occasionally can be seen throwing a disc at Pro Tour stops, he primarily is focused on making sure the Disc Golf Pro Tour is the best it can be for the players and fans.
VP of Partnerships
Sean has worked for the Pro Tour since its start in 2016 on tour partnerships. He strived to land the proverbial big fish of advertisers outside of the disc golf industry. As of April 2020, the Tour signed a promotional deal with Bushnell to help market their performance scopes. He is thankful for all the organizations that have ever supported the DGPT.
While trail running at Borderland State Park in 2008, he heard the inimitable sound of the chains. The addiction took over immediately. After moving to the Bay Area and running several events for the San Francisco Disc Golf Club, he was thrilled to host the first DGPT event in CA. Known as the SFO, this was the first large-scale pro-only tournament in San Francisco.
If you know anyone or company that wants to engage with the disc golf audience, please reach out to him:
Mahmoud joined the DGPT in 2020 as the Tour’s Media Manager. Mahmoud will lead the continued development of the DGPT’s live broadcast as the Tour looks to improve and expand the production in collaboration with Smashboxx. Mahmoud also develops content for the Disc Golf Network and oversees other media areas such as podcasts, articles, and social media.
Mahmoud has a love and passion for disc golf that motivated him to dedicate 2019 to traveling across the country shooting, producing, and doing commentary for large disc golf events. During his work as a freelance media professional he gained experience working with Central Coast, JomezPro, The Disc Golf Guy (Terry Miller), as well as the Disc Golf Pro Tour and Smashboxx at the MVP Open and the Green Mountain Championship. In addition to video production, Mahmoud has contributed to UDisc and Ultiworld as a writer, and also produces “The Inside Line” podcast.
MEDIA OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sam serves as the Media Operations Manager for the Disc Golf Pro Tour. He is the man behind the camera at Pro Tour stops. His experience as a cameraman reaches the highest levels of professional sports. He spent the past six years at NBC Sports Boston, where he covered a variety of Boston sports; everything from the Super Bowl with the New England Patriots, to the Stanley Cup Finals with the Boston Bruins.
Sam started playing disc golf in 2013. Four years later he co-founded his own post-production media company, specializing in shot-by-shot coverage for some of the biggest tournaments in New England.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Jamie began working as a contractor for the Disc Golf Pro Tour during its inaugural season in 2016. Fast forward to 2020, he was offered the role of hosting the Live Broadcast for the newly re-vamped Disc Golf Network streaming service. With the growing need for more content to satisfy the insatiable disc golf fanbase, Jamie was brought on full time in 2021 to strategically architect the content library for Disc Golf Network.
Jamie’s obsession-turned-career with disc golf began as an undergraduate student in Film Studies at North Carolina State in 2009, recovering from an ankle injury sustained while playing basketball. Shortly thereafter, he moved to San Francisco, CA where he continued to produce disc-golf related class projects while pursuing his Masters in Film Directing. In 2013 he was asked to produce videos for the newly-launched SpinTV YouTube channel, and in 2018 joined Ultiworld’s The Upshot podcast as a co-host before landing full-time with the Disc Golf Pro Tour.
Baker joined the DGPT full-time in 2021 as the Marketing & Communications Manager after previous stints working in freelance roles for the Tour. He leads the DGPT’s marketing efforts and strives to get the word out about DGPT events, broadcasts, and products. His previous experience in marketing, both inside and outside disc golf, prepared him for this position.
Baker fell in love with disc golf from playing at a young age and has translated that enthusiasm into numerous disc golf endeavors. In 2016, he started the Southern Collegiate Disc Golf Association. The SCDGA was one of the first College Disc Golf conferences in the country and changed the landscape of collegiate disc golf competition. Within disc golf, Baker has worked for Prodiscus, including driving the Prodiscus RV in 2017 and has also had freelance roles with Ultiworld Disc Golf, the Disc Golf Pro Tour, and other disc golf organizations.
Ty joined the DGPT in 2021 as the Retail Manager. He found the sport of disc golf in 2005. It served as an outlet for the homesickness and anxiety he experienced while away at college. He’s played ever since and has dedicated the past 3 years promoting the sport as a tool to overcome mental health diseases. He’s done this by building the Wander Disc Golf brand as a platform creating exciting outdoor apparel and donating to mental health non-profit organizations.
After years of watching DGPT events, Ty turned to his local club to lead the charge in bringing the tour to his home city. As a first time TD, Ty and his incredible staff stepped up and hosted to the 2021 Des Moines Challenge. He’s excited to join the team and create the best retail experience possible for the amazing DGPT fan base.
BRAND MANAGER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
After finding disc golf with a college friend in 2014, Dustin noticed a significant need for better tee signage on some of his local courses, and saw an opportunity to make an impact at higher-level courses in New England through his graphic design skills. In 2015, he got connected with Steve Dodge by sending him tee sign mock-ups for Maple Hill, and the rest was history.
After Steve started the Disc Golf Pro Tour, Dustin worked with him on notable DGPT projects such as the yearly trading card decks, as well as developing and continuously improving tee signage on tour. Dustin’s efforts from the 2016 season until now have helped the fan experience through his promotional materials, spectator guides and programs.
After the DGPT changed ownership in 2020, Dustin oversaw the rebranding project, developing a new brand identity for both the Pro Tour and Disc Golf Network. After 5 seasons of part-time and freelance work, Dustin officially joined the Disc Golf Pro Tour as our full-time Graphic Designer and Brand Manager as of the 2021 season.

Brian joined the DGPT in 2021 as the Operations & Logistics manager. After a successful 2021 season, Brian is excited to return to lead the operations department and oversee the development of competition and infrastructure. His experience in the hospitality industry and as a club president drives his goals in growing the spectator experience while maintaining the feeling of a small, tight knit community. Brian has been playing disc golf since 2006 and has experience with course design, tournament directing, and elite level competition. When not traveling to execute Disc Golf Pro Tour events, he resides in Portland, OR.

Zac also helps develop content for the Disc Golf Network and works closely with the Marketing department to help grow interest in disc golf and create more Pro Tour fans.

He works with the local organizing committees to prepare the course layouts for competition, including the dressing of the courses and placement of course assets. Prior to the Pro Tour Evan worked closely with Tour Director Jeff Spring as a course supervisor at the Smuggs Disc Golf Center and has extensive experience with course set up and design at high-level events.
MEDIA & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
MEDIA OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
With a professional background in the Michigan film industry, Cam joined the tour in 2021 as a Media and Operations Coordinator working full time on the road. After a flourishing 2021 season, he has returned to the tour as the Media Operations Supervisor, assisting Sam Gaddes (Media Operations Manager) with assuring the live broadcast runs smoothly on the ground. Cam is extremely proud to work for the Disc Golf Pro Tour and excited to be a part of the growth of disc golf.
UDISC STATS DIRECTOR
Matt is a software engineer from Minneapolis, Minnesota who is (conveniently) addicted to disc golf. In 2012 he found a way to combine his two favorite hobbies, resulting in the birth of UDisc. In Matt’s spare time he tends to his pets: 1 dog, 2 cats and 3 chickens.
Matt and Josh created UDisc Live – the premier instant scoring platform for disc golf. Matt works behind the scenes to make sure UDiscLive.com runs smoothly, social media posts are timely, and fields phone calls from Drew Gibson after each round to make sure his Circle 2 putts were entered accurately.
ENVIRONMENTAL & SPECIAL INITIATIVES COORDINATOR
Madison spent her childhood on the beaches of Pensacola, Florida, inspiring a career in marine biology with the intention of becoming a research biologist and university professor. The month she graduated, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill devastated the Gulf of Mexico, and Madison felt obligated to put her education on hold and return home to work as an on-site biologist with the emergency spill response. She soon caught the disc golf bug and has spent the last five years as a full-time tour professional disc golfer.
In her new role, Walker’s passions for disc golf, science, and sustainability will intersect.
“In college, if you had told me I would spend six of the next ten years of my life as a professional disc golfer, I would have turned heel so fast you’d barely miss getting smacked by a backpack full of textbooks. Now fast forward to the beginning of 2020, my sixth year on tour, and it’s the same scenario. If you had told me last year I would be working as an environmental coordinator on the DGPT team in 2021, I wouldn’t have believed you. It’s unreal to watch everything you care about come together in a way that feels like it was made for you. I’m so excited to get to work,” Walker said.
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Seth has been a fitness and performance coach since 2007. He received a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from California State University Fullerton, where he studied anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, and human performance. During college, he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach for the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks. Munsey also ran his own gym for four years, with a holistic concept focused on improving the strength, health and lives of its members.
Seth has held numerous fitness certifications and has taught for two fitness organizations as a Master Instructor and Lead Instructor, which included certifying fitness professionals as instructors in those training systems. He has served in the U.S. Coast Guard (‘99-’03) in San Francisco, completing search and rescue and law enforcement operations, has worked on an ambulance running 911 emergency calls, and was an on-call firefighter for the Orange County Fire Authority.
Seth turned his sights to disc golf after hearing fellow players complain of pain and injuries far too often while playing. He founded Disc Golf Strong in early 2016, which provides the information and tools disc golfers need to properly prepare their bodies for the rigors of the sport. With Disc Golf Strong, Seth has worked with all levels of disc golfers, from multi-time world champions to people who only recently started playing. Seth is also the chair of the PDGA Medical Committee.
OPERATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Dan started playing disc golf in 2003, but got hooked after moving to Bailey, Colorado in 2016 and discovering the disc golf mecca that is the 285 corridor. As VP of the Foothill Flyers Disc Golf Club, Dan has run tournaments like the Bloom and the Harvest along with developing, maintaining and improving local courses and fostering a club environment focused on encouraging new players and giving back to the local community. An FFDGC sponsored junior, Gabe Anderson, won the PDGA Junior World title for under 10 boys in 2021 and the local high school now has a promising under 18 disc golf club of their own.
Dan joined the DGPT in 2021 as an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator where he worked on developing the spectator ticketing program while leading course setup and tear down, managing crowd control and bridging the gap between season long partnerships and on-site activation at tournaments. Dan returns to the tour in 2022 as an Operations & Partnerships Manager where he hopes to continue developing the spectator experience at tournaments and building out event sites to best showcase our growing list of partners while ensuring a great experience for all.
Christine joined the DGPT part-time in early 2021 with ten years of background in customer service and administration. Her role is to help with the organization of the tour internally and also handling many day to day administrative tasks. Christine started playing disc golf in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the sport as she started to travel out of state the following year. In 2019, she competed in 31 PDGA events, eventually hitting one of her goals of achieving the 2019 PDGA Rookie of the Year award. She continues to travel on the tour as a professional today.
CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR
MEDIA & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Bill started playing disc golf in 2002, but didn’t really catch the bug until 2014, when he suffered a family loss and needed an escape. As the vice president of his local club, he has been working hard on all aspects of the sport in Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. He became involved with the Pro tour when he joined the Idlewild Open planning committee in 2017. After five years volunteering at DGPT events across the Midwest, he joins the DGPT team in 2022 as operations coordinator. He is responsible for setting up the courses for elite level competition in advance of each tournament and working hand-in-hand with local volunteers to make sure everything is up to tour standards. He says that his enthusiasm for the sport and love of the communities at each event drive his passion to help make the DGPT truly special for both competitors and fans.
MEDIA SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER
Cory has been a staple in the disc golf media scene for over six years now. Originally part of the CCDG team, he has since worked for the PDGA, the DGN live broadcast, and has his own YouTube channel, “Johnny Discgolf.” Now he is fully part of the DGPT team where he’ll be documenting the biggest moments and creating cinematic pieces throughout the season.
LIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER
“Tocci” joined the DGPT in 2022 as the Live Production Manager. He contributes to multiple aspects of the live broadcast, acting as the Associate Director and A1 for all Majors and Elite Series events, as well as Producer for some Silver Series events. Tocci is also the Producer for “The Scramble,” a cinematic highlight show that airs on the Disc Golf Network. A Director/Producer who has led production teams both domestically and abroad, Tocci brings over 13 years of professional video experience to the DGPT. Tocci discovered his love for the flying disc at an early age, throwing his first frisbee at the age of 3. As lifelong ultimate player, he didn’t discover his love of disc golf until high school, where he played his first round of disc golf at Borderland Disc Golf Course in Easton, MA. The rest is history and Tocci has been playing and producing disc golf content for a variety of outlets ever since.
Jeffrey joined DGPT in February 2022 with a background in video production and editing. Jeffrey’s main role as Production Assistant is to provide necessary assets for live productions and content to be uploaded on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Prior to working for the Pro Tour he worked in Outside Operations for the PGA. A fellow golfer introduced him to Disc Golf in 2019 and has been hooked ever since. Jeffrey uses Disc Golf as a fun way to spend time with his family, to exercise, and to get outdoors.
Charles joined the DGPT full time in 2022 and currently fills the Communications Manager position. He heads up both internal and external DGPT communication strategies and works to ensure that DGPT staff, players, and tour partners have the resources they need for successful growth.
As a former communication and fundraising consultant, Charles is focused on using his skillset to build the critical infrastructure needed for long-term success and is thrilled to commit his time and energy to the growth of the tour. A former ultimate player, Charles originally found the sport in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the challenge of learning to shape shots in the woods. After competing at the collegiate level, he served as the Commissioner of the Southern Collegiate Disc Golf Association (originally founded by DGPT staffer Baker Helton) for three seasons and oversaw the growth of one of the largest collegiate conferences in the country. Charles has continued his role as a local disc golf organizer and club executive in the central Arkansas area and finds immense joy and fulfillment in introducing new players to the sport and chasing that ever-elusive but effortless “flow state” that all golfers know and appreciate.
HEALTH & NUTRITION COORDINATOR
Christie joined the DGPT in 2022 while following a life path with roots in holistic wellness. When she studied nutrition at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, Christie grew further in an understanding that whole-being wellness can be achieved through kind actions towards oneself each day. As the DGPT’s Health & Nutrition Coordinator, she curates opportunities for the team to make healthy lifestyle choices, particularly while fortuned and tasked with living on the road. From the quaint small towns to the booming metropolises on the the tour’s map, Christie is pinpointing food options for the team that are not only healthy, but are also unique to the areas visited and able to support the local communities. Christie resides in Vermont when not on tour, and she thinks disc golf is the coolest sport.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
I was first introduced to disc golf in 2017 after one of my friends from ultimate brought his bag to practice. I fell in love with the sport and started playing competitively within a year. After graduating from college I worked at a disc golf retail shop for about 3 years and fell even more in love with all aspects of the sport – playing, promoting, running events, production, and the community.
