Parting Ways with Dynamic Discs
Looking back on Wysocki’s journey, his career took a significant turn in 2022 when he signed a groundbreaking four-year, $4 million contract with Dynamic Discs—one of the largest sponsorship deals in disc golf history. Over the next three seasons, he remained a dominant force on the tour, solidifying his legacy as one of the sport’s all-time greats. However, as the 2024 season came to a close, Wysocki and Dynamic Discs mutually agreed to part ways, paving the way for a new chapter in his career with Discraft.

Wysocki’s Rise to the Top
At 31, Scottsdale, Arizona native Ricky Wysocki has built a standout career since joining the PDGA in 2009. He won back-to-back PDGA World Championships in 2016 and 2017 and added three DGPT Championship titles, including consecutive wins in 2022 and 2023. His consistency earned him DGPT Player of the Year honors in 2021 and 2022, and he has been a DGPT All-Star every year since the award’s debut in 2021.
A Dominant Force on the Disc Golf Pro Tour
Since the launch of the Disc Golf Pro Tour in 2016, Ricky Wysocki has consistently been a top contender. Across 124 Tour event* starts, he has racked up 28 victories—the most of any MPO player. His consistency is unmatched, leading all MPO players in podium finishes and top-10 placements. Perhaps most impressive is his incredible streak of 14 consecutive seasons with at least one Tour event* victory, an MPO record that highlights his long-standing supremacy in the sport.
A Standout 2024 Season
Wysocki had a standout 2024 season, racking up three Tour event* wins, 13 podium finishes, and 18 top-10s while maintaining a flawless 100% cash rate. His performance at the Krokhol Open was particularly impressive, earning him the second-highest MPO DGPT event rating ever (1080). He also made history at the European Disc Golf Festival, posting the highest-rated MPO round at a DGPT event to date—a staggering 1117-rated first round.
Looking Ahead to the 2025 DGPT Season
