The Waco Annual Charity Open has been running for decades. In 2017, the event stepped onto the national, and even international, stage as the second event in the 2017 Pro Tour season. The course, the staff and the parties did not disappoint.
The 2018 version of the WACO promises to be bigger and better. The Beast at William Cameron Park, designed by Joey Harrell, has a good mix of wooded holes and long open holes. It will challenge the technical aspects of a player’s game as well as offer many opportunities to air it out under the Texas sun.
After finishing as runners-up in the voting for Pro Tour TD of the Year, Ryan Draper and team will surely step it up even more as the look to continue their tradition of Best Players Party on the Pro Tour. Tons of cash, a Harrell designed course, and a dedicated and experienced team running the event, the 2018 Waco Charity Open promises to be its biggest and best iteration.
