The 2023 MVP Open presented by OTB Champion is staying with his sponsor for the foreseeable future.

Today, Westside Discs announced a four year extension with its star MPO player, Matt Orum. Matty-O (as his fans call him) will remain with the Trilogy brand through the end of the 2027 season after an initial two year contract with Westside. Orum, who collected a DGPT Playoff victory at the MVP Open earlier this year, finished 6th in the 2023 DGPT Standings and made it to the semifinals at the 2023 DGPT Championship presented by Barbasol.

Orum collected three top ten stats on Tour in 2023 out of all competitors, including an impressive 37% circle two putting percentage (2nd), 13% parked percentage (8th) and 58% scramble percentage (8th). Orum also took 2nd place at the 2023 American Flying Discs Open and 3rd at the Dynamic Discs Open and has earned $66,505 in winnings at the time of the announcement.
