Play It Again Sports Jonesboro Open powered by Prodigy – How to Follow

It’s time to return to the Disc Side of Heaven for the 2021 Play It Again Sports Jonesboro Open on the next step of the 2021 Elite Series. Round One of the third stop on the Elite Series begins on Friday, April 16th, with coverage starting at 1:30 pm CT.

Coming off of the Vintage Open, we travel 175 miles to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to meet one of Tour’s most challenging courses. The Disc Side of Heaven meets players with open holes mixed with a beautiful and fun water hole. This course’s challenges begin with the elevation change that invites tremendous wind. Tune in to see the world’s best players tackle the mental and physically challenging course.

The stars have come out for this year’s event, and it begins with the reigning champion Calvin Heimburg coming off a massive win in the Vintage Open. Heimburg hasn’t finished less than fifth this season and is currently first in the point series. Joining the tournament pool are Ricky Wysocki and Paul Mcbeth, while Jonesboro mainstay Garrett Gurthie looks to keep his 3 top 3 finishes streak at Jonesboro Open alive.

Stars on the female side are headlined by the only winner in Jonesboro Open history Paige Pierce, with a perfect 4 for 4 in the event’s history. Including a bold 13 stroke win last year and looks to improve on that. The tournament field is highlighted by Hailey King, Catrina Allen, Kona Star Paris, and many others.
