Due to severe weather expected from Saturday night into Sunday, the competition schedule for the 2025 MVP Music City Open has been updated. The MPO division will complete round two in the morning.

The DGPT has implemented a cut to the field for the third round in both divisions. This cut has been made to allow extra time for Sunday’s final round to be completed, given the ongoing risk of severe weather and potential delays.

  • The FPO field has already been cut (top 24 plus ties), and the tee times for Sunday are posted here
  • For MPO, the field will be cut to the top 44 plus ties once all round two scores have been finalized on Sunday morning.

MPO competitors who have not yet completed round two on Saturday will resume play Sunday morning at 8:02 AM CT with a shotgun start. Once round two is complete, the MPO cut will be applied, and new round three tee times will be assigned following a reshuffling of cards.

The FPO field will then begin the final round competition at 8:30 AM CT, with the lead card teeing off at 10:05 AM CT. MPO tee times will be set upon the conclusion of round two on Sunday morning, with the competition scheduled between 11:30 AM CT and 3:00 PM CT. Final round MPO tee times will be posted here tomorrow morning.

DISC GOLF NETWORK COVERAGE ON SUNDAY

The Disc Golf Network will offer one continuous stream starting at 8:00 AM CT on Sunday morning. The broadcast will begin with the conclusion of MPO’s round two and then transition into coverage of FPO’s final round. Once the FPO final round is complete, coverage will shift back to MPO coverage to end the day. Final broadcast times may be adjusted due to weather and speed of play, but are currently projected as follows:

  • MPO round two coverage resumes at 8:02 AM CT / 9:00 AM ET / 3:00 PM EET
  • FPO final round coverage begins at 10:00 AM CT / 11:00 AM ET / 5:00 PM EET
  • MPO final round coverage begins at 2:30 PM CT / 3:30 PM ET / 9:30 PM EET

JomezPro’s post-produced coverage of MPO RD2 will be delayed from its normal release schedule, given that competition for that round will not be complete until Sunday morning. Stay tuned to the JomezPro YouTube channel and Instagram page for updates.

WEATHER DELAY POTENTIAL

With rain in the forecast overnight and the potential for additional severe weather on Sunday, competition on Sunday may be suspended or delayed. The Tour will provide updates and live weather reporting on its events updates page
