OVERVIEW
Since its creation by Fred Salaz and Robert Herbert, Idlewild has become one of the top courses in the world. Known as one of the most challenging courses on tour, Idlewild has earned a reputation for its elevation changes, punishing rough, and risk-filled creek that winds through several holes. Accuracy and shot placement are paramount, and unpredictable weather only adds to the challenge. Now in its 9th year on the Disc Golf Pro Tour, the LWS Open at Idlewild continues to thrive thanks to the exceptional design of the course and expert event management by Jason Kerl and Adam Jones of The Nati.
