The Preserve Championship: How to Watch

PDGA Elite Series play continues this weekend with the fourth stop of the 2020 Disc Golf Pro Tour, The Preserve Championship. Competition will take place from July 3-5 with feature and lead card coverage broadcast live on the Disc Golf Network ( Coverage will begin at 2 p.m. CT each day with the MPO division, and the FPO division will join the broadcast at 4 p.m. CT.

Next-day post-production coverage for the Open field will be provided by JomezPro, Central Coast Disc Golf, Par Save Productions, and GK Pro.

In-Person Spectating Sold Out

The Preserve Championship is in Phase Two of the Disc Golf Pro Tour’s COVID-19 Policies & Best Practices. Currently, the state of Minnesota allows for groups of up to 250 people gathered outdoors. Spectator passes for the event were sold by the Airborn Preserve and sold out last week.

The Disc Golf Network (DGN) is the new home of live disc golf. Built by the Disc Golf Pro Tour, the DGN is a subscription streaming and on-demand platform much like Netflix or Disney+. Covering the world’s best players competing in the sport’s most elite tournaments, a subscription includes post-produced coverage of select disc golf tournaments as well as exclusive disc golf shows, touring pro interview series, podcasts, and other segments only available on the Disc Golf Network. The DGN offers a PDGA Member discount of 50% to all active members bringing the cost down to $4.49/month.

The first two rounds of Live coverage for the DDO will be streamed on the Disc Golf Network, exclusive for DGN subscribers. The DGN will also stream some content for free, and the final round of the DDO will be streamed live for free on the platform.

Central Coast Disc Golf has its second event on the 2020 Disc Golf Pro Tour at The Preserve Championship. Central Coast will be filming and creating next-day post-production coverage for a feature card Day 1, and the chase card for day 2 and the final round.

Par Save Productions joined the Disc Golf Pro Tour for the 2020 season at Waco and will be returning to film in their home state this weekend. With a feature card on day one and the third MPO card for the rest of the weekend.

GK Pro will be covering nearly all of the lead women’s cards for the DPGT this season.
