April 1, 2025: Starting this coming weekend at the MVP Music City Open, disc golf fans will have the opportunity to engage in various gaming opportunities, including Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) and regulated sports wagering.
Fans can visit nxtbets.com/playdgpt to view available gaming opportunities in their location and learn more about how to play DFS & Legal Sports Betting on DGPT events. Regulatory approval at the state level is required to offer gaming in each jurisdiction, and additional states will be added as approvals are secured.
In addition to exploring currently available opportunities, fans can read more about how to wager on the Disc Golf Pro Tour in nxtbets.com’s ultimate how-to guide. This educational resource provides information on how to research and choose a gaming platform or sportsbook, overviews the different kinds of wagering options available, explains how odds work in disc golf, and offers strategies for successful wagering.

In advance of offering these opportunities to fans, the DGPT has developed and published an official gambling policy, which can be referenced on DGPT.com/rules. Additionally, the Tour has partnered with ALT Sports Data – the leading trading data provider for the action and alternative sports betting industry – to help pave the way for legal and official sports betting on the DGPT. ALT Sports Data will serve as the Tour’s official partner for betting market creation and distribution to sportsbooks and other regulated gaming platforms. In addition to the DGPT, ALT Sports Data provides the same services for multiple other sports, including Formula 1, World Surf League, and the SuperMotocross World Championship.
Finally, thanks to the Tour’s previously announced partnership with U.S. Integrity (now IC360), the DGPT will be offering a complete training course to players, staff, and Tournament Directors to ensure that everyone involved with DGPT events has the resources they need to ensure competition integrity.
