DISC GOLF PRO TOUR STAFF
Say hello to the

While at Smugglers’ Notch (Smuggs), Jeff led the effort to develop the resort into one of the sport’s top venues. Now, Smuggs is widely recognized as one of the world’s premier disc golf destinations, with two of the top-ten-rated courses in the World located on the mountainside property. Jeff has served as the Event Director for multiple Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) Pro Majors, including two World Championships hosted at Smugglers’ Notch since 2018. He continues to serve as the Event Director for several top-tier DGPT events each year.
Jeff’s involvement with the DGPT started at inception as he helped strategize with the founder of the Tour, Steve Dodge, for its launch in 2015. He then went on to serve as the Tournament Director of the Green Mountain Championship and the inaugural DGPT Championship in 2016. In 2017, Jeff began advising the DGPT and served as a liaison to the PDGA. After the DGPT was purchased by majority owner Todd Rainwater in 2019, Jeff was appointed to his current role and has led the Tour through a rapid period of expansion across the United States and into Europe.
Under Jeff’s leadership, the DGPT has become the Official Pro Tour of the PDGA and continues to raise the bar for professional disc golf events. Alongside an expanded tour schedule and staff roster, Jeff has overseen the development of the Tour’s dedicated live-streaming subscription service - Disc Golf Network (DGN) - which provides live broadcasts of DGPT and PDGA Pro Major events, as well as an expansion of media distribution to networks like ESPN and CBS Sports.
Now, Jeff leads the Tour’s executive team and long-term planning efforts. If he’s not in the office or on the course, you can probably find him in a Vermont forest skiing, hiking, or on his mountain bike.

Off the course, Dominic has a strong passion for growing communities, having led successful multimillion-dollar capital campaigns and served on several nonprofit boards. A lifelong outdoorsman, he’s just as comfortable throwing a forehand as he is fishing, hunting, or snowboarding.
Dominic’s vision for the Pro Tour is simple: build on disc golf’s incredible momentum, elevate the experience for players and fans, and continue expanding the sport’s reach around the world. With his business expertise and competitive spirit, he’s ready to lead disc golf into its most exciting chapter yet.

Sean discovered disc golf while trail running at Borderland State Park in 2008, and the addiction took over immediately. After moving to the Bay Area and running several events for the San Francisco Disc Golf Club, he was thrilled to host the first DGPT event in CA. Known as the SFO, the event has since migrated to become the OTB Open in Stockon, CA. He loves playing Golden Gate Park DGC with his friends when he has free time.

Disc is engrained in Tocci’s DNA. At the age of 3, he learned to throw a frisbee for the first time and hasn’t really stopped since, and he is still playing ultimate to this day. At the age of 15, he started playing disc golf at Borderland State Park in Easton, MA. In 2012, he combined his passion for media and disc golf by volunteering at the Nantucket Disc Golf Course, and in 2019, he developed an interactive virtual map of the course. As a writer, director, editor, and online educator, there isn’t an aspect of production that Tocci hasn’t touched over his 15+ years of professional video experience.
